A well-known Japanese manufacturer is looking for an In-house IT Specialist to join their Krefeld Office. The In-house IT Specialist will provide all-round inhouse IT management including strategy building and implementation project management
TYPE: Permanent (6-month probation period)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 SALARY: €54,000 to €65,000 to dependant on experience
Start: ASAP
LOCATION: Krefeld, Germany (Office basis, Hybrid work can be applicable)
IT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITY:
•Providing IT-Support (Windows, Office, Mobile) to other employees
•Liaising with IT vender and solving IT problems
•Developing and implementing IT projects in line with organizational objectives, including new ERP implementation
•Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems
•Sourcing IT venders in terms of cost and performance
•Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors
•Proposing the project and strategy to improve corporate IT environment
•Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
•Identify improvements and develop procedures
•Present IT solutions in a way that it is easy to understand for people who do not have IT background
•Collaborate with other department or for the delivery of agreed targets, taking responsibility for their timely delivery
IT SPECIALIST IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
•Minimum 3 year of experience in IT support
•Experience in ERP implementation
• Experience in IT vender sourcing and management
•Experience providing excellent customer service
•Excellent communication skills in German and English
•Excellent communication with employees at all levels
• Ability to act proactively and suggest new idea for corporate goal
• Ability to assess, prioritise, and manage your own workload
•Team player attitude
•Commitment to self-development in terms of business application, infrastructure, and IT security
