To accelerate our next growth phase in Germany, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Director who can both expand existing key accounts and open new markets across automotive, rail, and industrial manufacturing.
Your mission
You will own the regional P&L, craft a data‑driven go‑to‑market plan and lead a small but high‑caliber team of sales managers, analysts, and presales specialists. By cultivating senior relationships, shaping value‑based proposals, and orchestrating flawless delivery hand‑offs, you will turn our service portfolio into measurable client outcomes and significantly impact our regional revenue.
Key responsibilities
* Own the market & Growth leadership: Design and execute the regional go‑to‑market and sales strategy; achieve annual new‑booking and margin targets.
* Key‑account expansion: Deepen penetration at strategic OEMs and grow share of wallet in Tier‑supplier clusters.
* Build and Lead a team. Recruit, coach and inspire 2-4 account executives/BDRs; establish predictable pipeline rituals and KPIs.
* Stakeholder engagement: Represent T.A.S. FORCE at trade shows, conferences, and industry round‑tables; maintain a thought‑leadership presence in the region.
* Win complex deals. Navigate multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through RFQ, proposal, and contract and negotiate MSAs/SOWs up to €10 M.
* Act as a trusted advisor. Translate client pain points into tailored bundles of engineering services, operations consulting or recruitment solutions.
* Forecast with accuracy. Maintain a crisp CRM, stage‑gate discipline and quarterly outlook the board can count on.
* Market intelligence: Provide insight on competitive moves, regulatory shifts (IATF 16949, ASPICE, AI Act), and technology trends to refine service offerings.
Your profile
* Industry‑specific sales expertise required: Must have 5–10+ years of Sales leadership experience, quota‑carrying selling engineering, IT, consulting, or technical staffing services into automotive, transportation, or production and manufacturing accounts.
* Proven record of landing and scaling €1 M – €10 M projects with OEMs and Tier‑1/2 suppliers; comfortable engaging C‑suite and procurement alike.
* Prior success hiring and leading small sales teams and forecasting a regional P&L with >90 % accuracy.
* Fluency in German and English; additional CEE language an advantage.
* Hunter mindset, analytical in approach, and willing to travel ~30 % across DE/PL/RO.
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification welcomed.
* Right to work: Candidates must already hold the legal right to live and work in Germany (e.g., EU/EEA citizenship or a valid German residence & work permit).
