Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will: Development of integration strategies in collaboration with business segments and strategic business units, based on newly defined company standards for PMI processes and tools. Responsible for creating comprehensive approaches for post-merger integration and separation planning to ensure successful implementation. Ensuring compliance of all PMI activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives. Leading collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration and separation of systems, processes, and technologies. Active involvement in due diligence processes to define the PMI and separation strategy, as well as to identify risks and opportunities. Conducting regular progress reviews, preparing status reports for senior management, and contributing to the continuous improvement of PMI processes through lessons-learned sessions and updating the PMI toolkit. Your Profile: We are looking for candidates with: A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience as a post-merger integration/separation manager, preferably in a mid-large sized matrix organization or as a consultant, with at least 10 years of working experience, for which 5 years in a corporate environment. Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams (Program or Project Management Certification a plus). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
