The position is a fixed-term contract starting in June 2026 for 15 months. While we can’t make any promises at this point, our goal is always to continue working together afterwards if possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
With us, you will gain comprehensive insights into modern, data-driven digital marketing and continue to develop your skills step by step.
1. You conceptualize and implement digital multichannel marketing campaigns for our diverse online shopping partners
2. You support the targeted execution of customer communication across key PAYBACK channels such as the app feed, newsletters and mobile advertising placements
3. You contribute to the design and coordination of high-performing marketing campaigns and advertising assets in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Offer Management) and external partners
4. By analyzing campaign KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities, you have a direct impact on improving campaign performance
5. You familiarize yourself with our campaign tools and processes and gradually take on your first independent responsibilities in day-to-day operations
YOUR PROFILE
6. A completed degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable qualification
7. Initial hands-on experience in digital marketing, such as through relevant internships or working student positions, ideally with a focus on performance marketing or campaign management
8. Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in interpreting KPIs and deriving initial insights
9. A team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive approach and high willingness to learn
10. A strong eye for detail as well as a structured and reliable way of working
11. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders
