Business Development & Sales Strategist - Dairy
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Sales Strategist to drive our dairy business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-growth opportunities, developing sales campaigns, and executing strategies to expand our customer base.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Drive dairy new business development and identify high-growth applications
* Develop sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies
* Acquire and grow strategic accounts
* Manage selected Key Accounts
* Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
* Expand existing accounts through upselling and long-term collaboration
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Partner with R&D and product management to co-develop innovative ingredient solutions
* Cross-functional collaboration for customer satisfaction
* Manage CRM records and report on business performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 8+ years in business development & strategic sales in food ingredients space, preferably in dairy
* Strategic thinker with hands-on results-oriented approach
* Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing ability
* Solid understanding of the food ingredient market, preferably dairy
* Degree in Food Technology, Business, or related field
* Excellent verbal and written negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English; advanced German knowledge mandatory
* Willingsness to travel extensively across Europe
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and SAP
