Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
* Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
* Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve targets and foster growth.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
* Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
* Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (Team Lead) or in a similar leadership role.
* Scientific educational background is preferred, or similar experience in a scientific company.
* Problem solving mindset.
* Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
