We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who enjoys turning early signals into real conversations and long-term partnerships. Someone who feels comfortable navigating between outreach, organization, and communication while helping our team build meaningful connections with new clients.

You’ll work closely with the team on-site in Hamburg, supporting our new business activities across the full outreach journey: scanning the horizon for opportunities, shaping pitch material, handling communication, and making sure every connection is logged, nurtured, and followed up with precision once the waves of events and conversations calm down.

Aufgaben

* Maintain and update our contact and lead database
* Research and identify potential clients within our target industries
* Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach campaigns
* Manage outreach emails, invitations, and initial client communication
* Track conversations, follow-ups, and next steps across all opportunities
* Ensure consistent follow-ups and help move opportunities through the pipeline
* Qualify incoming leads and help prioritize promising opportunities
* Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential partners and clients
* Prepare background research on companies before meetings or pitches
* Support the team during new business initiatives, pitches, and industry events
* Prepare and refine presentations, proposals, and agency pitch decks
* Keep an overview of the sales pipeline and highlight stalled opportunities

* Represent the agency externally when interacting with potential clients


Qualifikation

* Experience in sales support, preferably in agency environments, marketing, events, or business development
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
* Confidence working with presentations, documents, and CRM-style databases
* Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment
* Fluent German and English

Digital Native – From Figma to After Effects, from Instagram Reels to responsive landing pages, you know how digital works and how users behave.

UX Mindset – You get excited when great design meets functional structure. You understand hierarchy, user guidance, and accessibility and you push for smart decisions.

Tech Curious – You’ve got a basic grip on HTML/CSS and know how your design translates into code. You love learning new tools and AI workflows that improve your output.

Motion Addict – Static assets are cool, but motion makes them fly. You think in transitions, movement, and edits. You love telling stories in short-form formats.
