Within our People Services team in Dahlewitz (near Berlin), we are looking for a motivated Process Lead (f/m/d) to drive process excellence, ensure seamless employee services, and support continuous improvement across HR operations. This role acts as a key point of contact for HR processes, contributing to operational efficiency and creating a positive employee experience within an international and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for HR processes within People Services. Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness. Build and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance. Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in ServiceNow. Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices. Profile Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable tools) and MS Office Suite. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
