You will be responsible for ensuring the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with a focus on our Dutch market. You will operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
You will also take relevant suppression measurements and steer field service partners. Proactive and transparent communication to customers is key to your success.
You will ensure that charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework. You will contribute to further improving our service quality and operational excellence, contributing to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
