Engineering Talent Acquisition Manager
Cognex, a leading global company in machine vision, is seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of Engineering Talent Acquisition Manager. This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our values and objectives.
About the Role
* Partner with business leaders to develop strategies that align HR initiatives with business goals.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to organizational design and structure.
* Maintain employee productivity through ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
This position requires 7+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role, ideally supporting engineering organizations at European level with focus on Germany and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of general employment law as well as overall company HR policies and processes. Additionally,
a strong self-starter who can adapt quickly to fast-paced work environments is required. Strong communication skills are essential for this role
, particularly in sensitive situations.A degree in Human Resources or related field is required; however,a Master's Degree would be advantageous.English fluency is also necessary for success within the team..
