* Payroll Coordination und Execution
* Contact for the external payroll service provider
* Communication and interface Management employee Support in German und English
* Reporting & Financial Support
* Provide deputization support for the creation of HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc Reports)
* Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably in a German corporate environment
* Deep knowledge of German payroll law and practical experience with collective agreements
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a detail-oriented working style
* Proficiency in standard HR/Payroll software (e.g., DATEV) is a plus
* Project Duration: 6 months, project-based, full-time
* Hybrid- 40%Remote, 60% On-Site
