Job Description
The successful candidate will work on research projects focusing on quantitative analysis of gender inequalities in higher education and the labor market. The role involves completing a doctoral thesis, presenting research findings at conferences, collaborating on publications, and teaching one seminar per semester in the field of gender inequality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed Master's degree in sociology or a related social science
* Excellent knowledge of quantitative methods of empirical social research
* Proficiency in statistics programming languages such as Stata or R
* Strong English language skills are desirable
