Location: Lintgen, Luxembourg
Relocation planned this year to our  brand-new Industry 4.0 production site in Bissen  : a modern, state-of-the-art environment designed to foster innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.

Your Mission
As a  Continuous Improvement Manager , you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Group.
You will lead the  deployment of Lean Manufacturing  and  Six Sigma  methodologies to optimize industrial performance, improve production flows, reduce waste, and support sustainable continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also act as a change agent by coaching teams, leading transformation projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across departments and international sites.

Your Responsibilities
Lean Manufacturing Deployment
Coordinate and support  Lean Manufacturing initiatives at Group level

Drive the  implementation and monitoring of OEE

Identify and reduce  operational waste

Implement and optimize  KANBAN  systems

Facilitate  Value Stream Mapping  workshops

Lead  Lean Material Flow improvement  initiatives

Implement  One-Piece-Flow  using Work Balancing methodologies

Promote  continuous improvement  best practices across production environments

Six Sigma Deployment
Deliver  internal Green Belt training sessions

Coach and support Green Belts  in project execution

Lead Six Sigma projects  from identification to implementation

Ensure  measurable performance improvements  through data-driven methodologies

Change Management & Transformation
Support teams  during organizational and process changes

Develop clear  communication  and  implementation plans

Provide training and coaching on  change management methodologies

Coordinate  global project planning  and follow-up activities

Your Profile
Technical Skills
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering  or equivalent

Certified  Six Sigma Black Belt

Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing  within an  industrial environment

Strong knowledge of  Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies

Good understanding of  ISO 9001  and  ISO/TS 16949  standards

Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills

Fluent in  French and  English

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Hands-on mindset with the ability to influence and engage teams

Problem-solver with a proactive and creative approach

Ability to build consensus across functions and cultures

Well-organized, structured, and improvement-oriented

Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced industrial environment
