A leading niche market player seeks a hands-on CEO to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll lead a strong team, shape strategy, and make a real impact—backed by a professional investment group.
Your responsibilities and tasks
* Lead the overall financial performance of the group, defining and executing strategic plans while ensuring operational efficiency and long-term growth.
* Drive the ongoing transformation towards a high-performance culture, fostering agility to adapt to evolving market conditions and regulatory changes.
* Ensure strong leadership continuity by managing and developing key executives. Facilitate onboarding and leadership team alignment.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives for market expansion, product innovation, and distribution network optimization while driving operational excellence and capacity utilization.
* Maintain open and constructive communication with the private equity fund, actively identifying and discussing opportunities for growth or significant organizational changes.
Your experience and profile:
* You have a proven track record as CEO in a stand-alone organization, with full strategic and operational responsibility.
* You possess the ability to balance commercial and operational insights equally with hands-on experience in a strategic position.
* You have experience in leading and coaching leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth.
* You have obtained a Master’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* You fluently speak Dutch and English.
