Marketing Specialist .
Salary range:
€50,000 – €90,000 gross per year plus commission – depending on experience
Location:
Location: Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Hamburg, Hessen, North-Rhine West philia, Hanover)
Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Conduct product presentations and negotiate with prospective customers Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure customer satisfaction Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reporting to management
Your Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 3–5 years) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
