Responsibilities 1.Concept, planning, implementation and follow-up of retail Marketing strategies and concepts 2.Strong support for dealers in their Marketing activities focusing on maximum effectiveness 3.Ensure to enhance XPeng's brand awareness through consistency of activities 4.Budget management and cost calculation 5.Drive dealer traffic and generate customer leads 6.Identify the latest retail Marketing trends 7.Develop benchmark activities in chosen fields 8.Manage the usually differing approaches between general and dealer Marketing

Qualifications 1.Mininium 5 years of retail marketing responsibilities in automotive 2.High degree of creativity and flexibility 3.Ability to transform concepts and plans into effective dealer activities 4.Demonstrated visible successes in retail Marketing 5.Proven capacity to convince dealers about central activities and vice versa to convince central staff to adapt and reinforce retail activities 6.Strong own initiative and self sufficiency in managing dealers 7.Affinity with the automotive industry in general 8.Good written and verbal skills in German and English language
