Join us and play a pivotal role in transforming the automation landscape in heavy industries. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Robotics Simulation CI/CD Engineer to join our team and build the infrastructure that enables reliable, scalable testing and deployment of robotic simulation environments. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with experience in robotics simulation pipelines and DevOps practices. Your work will ensure that robotic software, simulation environments, and datasets are automatically built, tested, validated, and deployed across development workflows. By designing robust CI/CD pipelines for simulation and robotics software, you will play a critical role in accelerating development cycles, improving reliability, and enabling large-scale testing of autonomous systems. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robotics simulation environments, ensuring reliable automated builds, testing, and deployment. Develop infrastructure that allows robotic software to be validated through large-scale simulation-based testing. Integrate simulation frameworks with robotics development workflows to support continuous testing of autonomy, perception, and control systems. Automate testing and validation of robotic software using simulated environments, datasets, and regression benchmarks. Optimize simulation infrastructure for scalability, enabling distributed testing across cloud and on-premise compute environments. Collaborate closely with robotics, AI, and platform engineers to ensure simulation environments accurately reflect real-world robotic systems. Maintain infrastructure-as-code and containerized environments to ensure reproducible simulation pipelines. Document CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and simulation infrastructure to support team-wide adoption and reliability. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Go. Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar systems. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience working with robotics frameworks or simulation environments (e.g., ROS, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo). Understanding of software testing methodologies including integration testing, regression testing, and automated validation pipelines. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary engineering environment. Preferred Skills Experience building simulation-based testing pipelines for robotics or autonomous systems. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for large-scale simulation workloads. Experience managing GPU-based simulation environments and distributed compute infrastructure. Knowledge of robotics development workflows, including perception, localization, and control systems. Experience with data pipelines and dataset versioning for robotics simulation testing. Background in infrastructure automation and reproducible research environments.
