Your role & responsibilities as B2C Services Team Leader DE
The B2C Services Team Leader DE is responsible for leading a team of 16 Co-workers. You will actively be coaching your team towards our business goals, always making sure that we are delivering on or above our targets such as sales, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, digital communication and staff turnover.
In collaboration with the team, you ensure that we have a performance and open feedback culture that are in line with our values.
Together with the team, you drive a high level of activities such as co-listening, training, workshops and feedback sessions always making sure that all co-workers have a development plan for continued growth within B2C Services and the bank.
In this role you will also be responsible for the daily co-operation with our external partners, and co-operation with different stakeholders in projects and initiatives, to support the business goals and development of Ikano Bank. You will report to our B2C Services Manager DE/PL. The role is placed in Wiesbaden, Germany.
What skills will you bring?
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in digital tools and customer service platform.
* Fluency in English B2/C1.
What experience will you bring?
* +5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role within the banking sector.
* At least 2 years of managerial experience leading and developing teams.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
* Experience in implementing training and development programs.
* Awareness of putting strategies into clear goals for the team.
