At Pepco Germany, we are looking for a part-time Office Administrator (f/m/d) to join our Operations team at the Berlin Head Office.
This is a key role supporting the smooth daily running of our office and administration while collaborating closely with internal teams. The position offers flexibility, diverse tasks, and growth opportunities in a dynamic international retail environment.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes
* Support the Operations Manager with organizational and administrative tasks
* Manage internal and external correspondence and maintain documentation
* Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams
* Manage company phones, IT equipment, and vehicle fleet
* Organize the ordering of supplies and materials for our stores
* Support the opening of new stores and ongoing store operations
* Plan and organize internal meetings and company events
* Handle travel planning, booking, and expense management
* Review and process invoices and support travel expense reporting
Qualifications:
* Experience in office management, administration, or a comparable position
* Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
* Ability to work independently and reliably with attention to detail
* Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
* Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Service-oriented, communicative, and team-focused personality
