Stellenbeschreibung
* Design, develop, and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems
* Implement AI and deep learning algorithms to improve system functionality, such as sensor data processing
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions into avionics systems
* Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254) and safety-critical software development practices
* Conduct testing, validation, and verification of software to meet aerospace requirements

Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification
* Over 4 years of professional experience in the fields of IT / information systems and aerospace
* Proven experience in embedded software development for avionics or aerospace applications is required
* Familiarity with avionics standards (e.g., ARINC 653, DO-178C) and safety-critical software development
* Fluent in English
* German is a plus
* Experience in C/C++ and/or Ada and real-time operating systems (e.g., VxWorks) is needed
* Experience with AI/ML frameworks and deep learning techniques is required
