Take Charge of High-Value IT Consulting Solutions
This critical role drives business strategy by ensuring timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals.
* Bid Leadership: Own and lead the full lifecycle of bids from opportunity qualification through to submission and post-bid reviews.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to define win strategies, value propositions, and pricing models.
* Proposal Development: Manage the creation of high-quality, tailored proposals and RFP responses, aligning with client requirements and company capabilities.
* Team Coordination: Lead virtual teams, assigning responsibilities, setting timelines, and ensuring accountability across contributors.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes, templates, and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and quality.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with bid commitments, timelines, and compliance.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Min. 5 years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT Consulting and Technology Services.
* Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes and experience with complex European Institutions Public Tenders.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Fluency in both French and English is required.
* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms.
