Your challenge As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Hubject’s growth engine and lead us into the next stage of expansion. Your mission is to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and scale our presence in the eMobility ecosystem. Growth Strategy & Experimentation: Define and implement growth initiatives across the acquisition funnel, running A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses. Analytics & Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, uncover insights, and inform decision-making. Marketing Automation: Build and optimize workflows to nurture leads and scale cam-paigns efficiently. Channel Ownership: Manage a mix of channels—SEO, paid media, email, social, partner-ships—to drive acquisition and brand visibility. Content & Messaging: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product to align marketing ef-forts with revenue goals and customer needs. Your Profile Experience 3 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or eMobility. Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and delivering measurable growth. Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce). Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. Pardot/Account Engagement skills Ability to design and run A/B tests and interpret results for optimization. Mindset: Analytical, creative, and results-driven with a growth-hacker mentality. Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. Nice to Have: Technical skills (SQL, API integrations, automation scripting) Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
