Your mission
Repath is the climate risk intelligence layer for infrastructure investment and operators. We translate physical climate exposure into residual asset-level risk - accounting for adaptation CapEx, insurance, and component-level degradation - so investors can price, finance, and manage assets with precision.
Our customers already include E.ON, ENEL, and EDP. We are not validating the market - we are scaling it.
Your profile
You are our first AE. You own the full deal cycle - from qualified meeting to signed contract -selling to Investment Directors, Portfolio Managers, and C-suite at Europe's largest infrastructure funds and operators.
You inherit a founder-led motion that already works. Your job is to systematize it, close it, and build the foundation for the sales team that follows you.
Year 1 target: €320K–€400K new ARR (3-month ramp included) · ACV ~€40K · Cycle 3–6 months
* Close: Run discovery, build champions, navigate investment committee dynamics, negotiate, and close. Consultative, high-trust cycles — not transactional volume.
* Systematize: Refine what's working, build repeatable playbooks, and document the motion for the team you'll eventually lead.
* Influence: Feed objections, competitive signals, and market intelligence directly back to Product and the CEO.
* AI-augmented: You work within a fully orchestrated agentic sales system - automated outbound, deal intelligence, and workflow tooling built on Claude and Cursor. We are at the forefront of deploying AI in B2B sales.
Requirements
* 3–7 years closing B2B deals in the €50K-€300K range - ideally into financial services, infrastructure investors, or asset managers
* Proven in consultative, high-trust sales cycles. You know how to build champions, navigate investment committee dynamics, and close without hand-holding
* Financially fluent - you can hold a conversation about IRR, yield assumptions, and portfolio construction. Climate expertise is not required
* Startup-ready - you have worked without a playbook and figured it out
* Fluent English. German, French, or Spanish is a plus
The Offer
* Base: €65,000–€80,000 depending on seniority
* OTE: 70/30 pay mix, 10% commission on new logo ACV, 5% on net new expansion ARR
* Accelerator: 1.25× above 100% attainment, 1.5× uncapped above 130%
* Mechanics: Quarterly measurement, payout month-end after quarter. cash-collected trigger. 90-day clawback on churn
* Ramp: 50% quota in month 1, 80% in months 2–3, full quota from month 4
* Equity: Meaningful VSOP
* Everything else: Remote-first, 30 days vacation, €1.000 learning budget, MacBook, European offsites, DB card (Germany)
* Path: First AE → Head of Sales. Direct line to the CEO. We grow this with you.
