As a IT Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and administration of IT services within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the further development of software products on topics such as knowledge management, collaboration platforms, or consultant databases.
* Oversee the continuous improvement of IT services, including document management/archive systems, intranet, or DRV advice center search.
* Plan and conduct training for these IT services.
* Maintain and develop Notes databases.
* Coordinate temporary groups, committees, or steering committees.
* Support division management in technical and organizational matters, such as coordinating inquiries from external bodies or conducting cost controlling.
Requirements:
* You hold a scientific university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferably in the field of IT.
* You have first task-relevant professional experience, as well as knowledge and practical experience in project management.
* Knowledge of programming and experience in developing and administering Notes databases is desirable.
* You are business fluent in written and spoken German.
* You possess high communication skills, a strong customer focus, and strategic and analytical thinking.
