Overview
As our Key Account Director for Europe, you will be the architect of our most critical client partnerships. Your mission is to steer our growth by taking complete ownership of relationships with top-tier EPC contractors, energy developers, and data center operators. You will not just sell; you will act as a trusted advisor, leading complex, large-scale energy projects from vision to reality. You will be the crucial link, aligning strategic client needs with our global operational capabilities to power Europe's infrastructure future.
What You'll Achieve
* Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute bespoke account strategies for our key clients in Germany, France, and other core European markets, taking full responsibility for long-term revenue growth and partnership depth.
* Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Spearhead the entire client engagement cycle, from identifying breakthrough opportunities to negotiating multi-million euro contracts and ensuring excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
* Orchestrate Complex Solutions: Act as the central command for strategic projects. You will collaborate seamlessly with technical, sales, and operational teams across Europe and our global HQ to design and deliver customized, cutting-edge energy solutions.
* Champion the Customer: Be the voice of our most important clients. Anticipate their future needs, influence our product innovation roadmap, and ensure every project milestone, compliance requirement, and performance target is met with precision.
* Elevate Our Brand: Represent the company as a senior leader at high-level meetings, industry conferences, and customer workshops, positioning us as the partner of choice in the power technology sector.
What You'll Bring
* Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of proven success in key account management, strategic sales, or business development within the energy, infrastructure, or a related technology sector. You have a portfolio of successfully managed, multi-stakeholder accounts and a track record of closing strategic, high-value deals.
* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and navigate complex discussions across different cultures and organizational levels.
* Mindset: You are self-driven, highly structured, and relentlessly solution-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to client success and a strategic, long-term perspective.
* Logistics: Based in Germany or France, with a willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 20-30%). You are fluent in English, with German and/or French language skills being a significant advantage.
