Your new job includes
As part of the HR Partner Global Team you will work hand in hand with our international colleagues and support us in optimizing our People and Culture practices in order for us to deliver on our vision of becoming the most human-centric company in global Travel Retail. In particular, you will
* work on international People and Culture projects
* support the team in day-to-day operations (organization / event management, meeting coordination, preparing presentations)
* assist in supporting and advising our international locations on People and Culture topics to ensure a good flow of information globally
* get to know our central People and Culture departments and work with various departments at our corporate headquarters
Preferred Profile
* Current studies in at least your third semester, ideally with a focus on HR or business psychology
* A high level of intercultural competence, which you have acquired during stays abroad or in roles or tasks involving international cooperation
* Ideally have practical experience in the field of HR
* A quick grasp of things and excellent organizational skills
* A love for conceptual work and finding creative solutions in cooperation with great colleagues
* A very good command of written and spoken English as well as good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
