Job mission: You will be part of the Channel team whose key focus is to enhance the Kia brand’s retail representation and performance in the region, providing European markets with dealer development strategies and guidance. The focus will lie on the Retail Strategy, being responsible to drive the roll-out of the new Kia corporate identity in our Stores across Europe along with the digitalization of the customer journey, in coordination and under the supervision of the Dealer Development Manager Your responsibilities: Oversee the execution of Kia Store roll-outs across key national sales companies, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business objectives. Together with selected priority markets, develop the showroom digitalization which will be applied to all markets Drive cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders to shape the future of Kia’s network development strategy. Coordinate regular network development meetings with subsidiaries, monitor the performance and action plans Oversee network development budgeting, ensuring financial efficiency and ROI optimization while identifying cost-saving opportunities at a strategic level. Develop and implement innovative network development strategies that enhance the future of automotive retail, leveraging market insights and best practices. Your talents: University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications with knowledge of Project Management At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry or other Retail development industry with focus on Customer centricity Basic automotive business in order to be able to discuss adequately with suppliers and internals about requirements and considerations Excellent project management with great coordination, interpersonal and communication skills Budget management skills: Work together with direct report to ensure that all appropriate costs per project are administered in a timely manner in order to support tracking of the spending Have a great attitude, driven by feedback and enjoy working as part of a team Identify and resolve operational challenges within the network development framework. Ability to adapt in a multicultural/multi-stakeholder and fast developing environment Fluent English, other EU languages a plus Who are we?
