The Role
We’re looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to join the EMEA new business team - focused on landing strategic enterprise logos across the DACH region.
You’ll be responsible for managing long, complex sales cycles and driving new logo acquisition across large, often global organisations.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with uncapped potential - ideal for someone who wants to sell an in-demand solution into a hyper-growth market, supported by an elite team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business sales across enterprise accounts in Germany and the wider DACH region
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes often exceeding six figures
Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and executive leadership to win high-value deals
Develop strategic territory plans, outbound campaigns, and pipeline-building strategies
Become a trusted advisor to key decision-makers across IT, Ops, and C-level stakeholders
Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility in a high-growth market

What You’ll Bring:
~ Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
~3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
~ Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles across enterprise organisations
~ Experience selling into IT, DevOps, or automation-related verticals is a plus
~ Strategic, self-motivated, and driven by results – with the ability to own your market
~ A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
~ Based in Germany with the ability to work remotely and travel as needed
