1. You fill our up-stream innovation pipeline to grow our business in the Consumer Health Care environment.
2. You turn our consumer insights into new and innovative packaging solutions.
3. You take a responsible role in intellectual property management.
4. You actively develop innovative delivery and application solutions for Aptar Pharma Consumer Health Care application fields.
5. You realize prototypes to assess ideas with consumers and customers.
6. You conduct basic research studies and proof of concept studies supporting our innovation activities.
Your profile:
7. You are creative, curious, and happy to bring fresh spirit into our business unit.
8. You hold an engineering or natural sciences degree.
9. You have strong leadership abilities.
10. You have several years of experience in product development or project management, ideally in pharmaceutical packaging.
11. Background in plastic technology is welcome.
12. You are motivated and an analytical thinker.
13. You are a great communicator and like to present.
14. Business fluent in English and German.
