Senior Business Development Manager
This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive business growth and expansion. As Senior Business Development Manager, you will contribute to the development of our product range and regional sales strategy in the DACH region.
Your key responsibilities include managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, working in a technical and international B2B environment, and making a tangible impact on our strategic regional operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, winning new customers, traveling regularly to meet clients, using CRM and SAP tools to manage opportunities, delivering impactful presentations and proposals, monitoring market trends, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, and shaping the success of our globally recognized brand.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP, motivation and flexibility to travel, fluency in German and English, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a results-driven mindset.
