Leadership Role in Supply Chain Operations
To be successful in this position, you will need to lead a team that is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain. This includes managing projects to improve processes, optimizing productivity, and enhancing quality of service for our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee projects aimed at streamlining operations and increasing efficiency across the supply chain.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop standardized procedures for daily operational activities.
* Manage day-to-day responsibilities, including process improvement initiatives and contingency planning tasks.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading teams and managing people.
* Advanced proficiency in English and local language or Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, with experience in applying them in a logistics environment.
* Experience working in a similar logistics setting, with expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
