Global Product Marketing Leader - Wound Care
As a seasoned marketing professional, you will oversee the global product marketing strategy for wound care products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall goals.
* Product Management: Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and SCM to optimize product offerings and improve profitability.
* Innovation & Lifecycle Management: Engage with customers to identify unmet needs and co-create innovative solutions.
* Talent Development: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with a focus on customer intimacy and talent development.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years in international product marketing or sales, ideally in the medical device or regulated wound care industry.
* Demonstrated success in leading international teams by combining emotional intelligence, clear decision-making, and agility.
* Skilled in influence management to align diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across functions and cultures.
* Communication Mastery: Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (fluency required); German is a plus.
