Our team at the BMW Group shapes the MINI Customer Journey by supporting digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce activities. We offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international environment during your internship.
What awaits you?
1. You will support the digital activation and development of marketing concepts.
2. Furthermore, you help focus on the overall International Customer Journey touchpoints.
3. In addition, you contribute to the conception, development, and introduction of digital brand communication measures and product launches.
4. Moreover, you will assist in omni-channel marketing projects and their management.
5. Here, you support the use of AI tools along the campaign process and within the Customer Journey.
6. You will help to implement and evaluate strategic market analyses and KPI reports.
7. Furthermore, you contribute to the supervision of smaller marketing projects, especially for the European region.
What should you bring along?
8. Studies in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field.
9. Affinity for marketing and ideally first experiences in digital marketing.
10. Interest in digital marketing topics including social media and e-commerce.
11. Interest in AI tools and their application in marketing.
12. Ability to adapt in a multicultural and dynamic team.
13. Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
14. Good English skills; German is a plus.
