This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting dots across departments, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about ensuring compliance and mitigating risk in a global environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our compliance framework and risk management processes, helping us maintain integrity and efficiency across one of the largest mobility programs in the world.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Support audits, risk assessments, and vendor claim reviews to ensure compliance and identify potential gaps
5. Conduct root cause analysis for compliance breaches and propose corrective actions
6. Support in developing and implementing a robust compliance control framework for Global Mobility
7. Collaborate with HR, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to align processes and ensure global consistency
8. Work with data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
9. Contribute to training and awareness initiatives on compliance and risk topics
What You Bring
10. Study degree in Business Administration or equivalent with several years professional experience in tax, immigration, and social security, along with knowledge of Global Mobility processes and their interdependencies
11. Knowledge of Management Systems: Experience or basic knowledge in German (tax) management systems and risk management
12. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
13. Data Analysis and Presentation: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with HR systems
14. High interest in working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and practical applications for supporting compliance monitoring, risk detection, and process automation
15. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; strong English language skills, with German being a plus
