As Product Manager (f/m/x) for Metrology Sensors Coordinate & Vision Measuring Machines (CMM & VMM) you own and drive the global sensor portfolio for CMMs and VMMs, shaping strategy, market positioning, and commercial success end-to-end. Stakeholder & interface management – Ensuring close alignment with CMM & VMM product management and other internal stakeholders to guarantee platform fit and a coherent solution offering. Collaborate closely with R&D on concept decisions, prototypes and beta tests at pilot customers and derive targeted market and competitor insights (accuracy, cycle time, automation capability, software integration) to sharpen product positioning and guide portfolio decisions. Go‑to‑market & sales enablement – Planning and executing global product launches, creating go‑to‑market concepts, and enabling regional sales organizations with training and sales tools Lifecycle management – Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation, specification and development to launch, maintenance, enhancement and phase‑out. Strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and challenge R&D teams, driving sound and robust decisions in complex development projects. Proven track record in managing product roadmaps from idea generation and validation through to launch and full lifecycle management.
