We are looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
What you will do:
* Design and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth
* Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across different channels
* Ensure all social media and performance marketing content aligns with the broader brand strategy
* Utilize analytics and insights to inform strategy, optimize marketing effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making across the marketing team and broader organization
What we are looking for:
* Degree in the field of marketing, communications or equivalent
* Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Creative mind and analytical thinking to improve our campaigns based on received data
* Proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns on Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Proficient in English (C1 level) and Spanish (B2 level)
