The role
As a Working Student in Human Resources at UAI, you support our People team in the smooth running of our daily HR operations. You contribute to both administrative tasks and recruitment processes, helping us build a great team. With your structured approach and hands-on attitude, you play a key role in delivering a professional employee and candidate experience.
Your tasks
* Support the recruiting process: job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication
* Assist in preparing employment documents and maintaining digital personnel files
* Update and manage candidate and employee data in our HRIS
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team
What will you need to be successful?
* You are enrolled in a university program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* You have gained initial experience in HR or recruiting through internships or student jobs
* You have a good understanding of HR software – experience with Personio is a plus
* You communicate fluently in English (C1)
* You are available to work on-site in Karlsruhe at least 15 hours per week
