Internship / Apprenticeship Opportunity – Revenue Growth Management
From October ‘ 25 - June ‘26
We are looking for a motivated Revenue Growth Management apprentice who will play a key role in setting up and implementing our new RGM tool. This will be your first and most important responsibility. You will support the development and execution of pricing and growth strategies, ensure alignment with Bonduelle Group standards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance initiatives. This internship/apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with RGM processes and tools, while contributing to sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibility – Tool Implementation
1. Take the lead in supporting the set-up, testing, and roll-out of the new RGM tool in Germany.
2. Work closely with the Regional RGM team based in France & Local German Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth implementation.
3. Document processes, provide feedback, and help train colleagues on tool usage.
Other Responsibilities
4. Contribute to RGM objectives: support the setting of RGM goals and performance KPIs, in line with regional RGM guidelines. Help track performance and participate in corrective actions together with the sales teams.
5. Assist in pricing development mandates: collaborate with the regional RGM team on building pricing development mandates aligned with European customer relationship strategies.
6. Facilitate RGM knowledge and culture sharing: take part in initiatives to spread and strengthen RGM know-how across functions (Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain).
Expected profile:
7. Business Administration, first internships experiences ideally in FMCG or Consultant company
8. Fluent in English and German
Skills:
9. Have a strong interest in Revenue Management, Sales and or Finance (study background or first experience is a plus).
10. Are motivated to quickly develop RGM expertise (processes, methodologies, data management, business levers, KPIs).
11. Have good analytical and digital skills and enjoy working with data.
12. Bring a proactive and problem-solving mindset with good organizational and planning skills.
13. Feel comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
14. Possess solid Excel skills and a strong analytical way of thinking.
