Job Role: HR Business Partner

* As a trusted advisor, you will ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.
* Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews; ensure consistent application of performance appraisal criteria across the firm.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Advise on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Proactively analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support informed business decision-making.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
* Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
