About the role
As E-Commerce Project & Growth Specialist, you'll help us scale and optimize our global B2B webshop ecosystem while driving impactful marketing initiatives. You will also directly influence how our customers discover and purchase equipment and parts in our webshops, shaping their entire buying journey.
You'll work at the intersection of digital marketing and e-commerce, turning ideas into campaigns that boost adoption, conversion, and customer engagement.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing activities – including landing page creation, newsletter campaigns, and other on-site promotions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and timing.
Analyze campaign performance and webshop KPIs (traffic, conversion, order value) to recommend improvements.
Support e-commerce projects and learn how our ERP/webshop systems enable growth.
Contribute to pricing, discount, and campaign discussions from a performance and growth perspective.
Explore opportunities for e-commerce visibility.
Analyze growth opportunities and identify new ways to drive adoption and engagement.
Your Profile
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics.
Hands-on experience with landing pages, newsletters, and campaign execution.
Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics (conversion, order value, retention) and ability to connect them to business outcomes.
Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, and analytics platforms is a plus (not mandatory).
Keen interest in combining business growth with technology.
Excellent English communication skills.
