As a Senior Consultant in our Technical Due Diligence and Transactions team, you will play a key role in enabling informed investment decisions and in shaping the built environment with impact.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Technical Due Diligence & Transactions team in Germany. This role focuses on the analysis of real estate portfolios and the technical advisory aspects of complex transactions. The ideal candidate combines a sound understanding of building performance and repositioning strategies with a market-oriented mindset.You will lead multidisciplinary workstreams and advise clients on investment strategies for diverse asset types, including commercial buildings, properties, pharma campuses, hotels, retail and other businesses.
