Our company is a global leader in automated test systems for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Supply Chain Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging products throughout the outsourced supply chain. They will also be responsible for developing, maintaining and sharing expertise of product design, production and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assure manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging products throughout the outsourced supply chain.
2. Develop, maintain and share expertise of product design, production and testing.
3. Perform cross-functional work with Supply Chain, R&D, Product Engineering, Finance, Strategic Procurement etc.
4. Manage and drive supplier selection, auditing, qualification and development.
5. Drive resolution of technical issues on product level.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/Master or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or equivalent.
2. Profound knowledge of design, manufacturing and test of products with at least three years of relevant working experience.
3. Very good analytical skills in solving technical issues, also remotely and with partners.
4. Wanted experience with supplier audits in EMS, ideally certified as auditor, e.g. acc. ISO 19011.
5. Great team-player and ability to work across different cultures.
6. Fluent English and German language skills.
7. Strong self-management, coordination and communication skills.
