Own tooling, metrics, and platforms to ensure world-class content quality, system reliability, and operational excellence. Dein Profil 3 years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering major projects. 5 years experience in software development and distributed systems. Experience building, scaling, and operating data-intensive, scalable systems. Strong Golang skills; solid TypeScript; Next.js. Hands-on experience with Terraform and code as infrastructure. Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and RDS enviornment (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB). Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, SQS) and infrastructure setup/troubleshooting. Experience with service-to-service communication and event-driven architectures with EventBridge. Knowladge in gRPC is a plus. High level of ownership and ability to drive the technical roadmap. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills. Commercial acumen, ability to go deep when needed while retaining breadth. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Product and Business partners. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
