Senior Proposal Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Your activities will range from developing future project ideas and business cases to managing and writing proposals. Some example are:
1. Definition of concepts for products, services and complete ground segments or user segments for Satellites
2. Creating a network of contacts to customers, potential scientific and industrial partners, colleagues within the whole OHB Group
3. Contributing to studies, R&D projects, space system proposals (technical and commercial)
4. Preparing activities like scouting for opportunities, identifying and initiating R&D, industrial teaming, budget allocation to tasks
5. Coordinating the creation and writing parts of technical proposals, management proposals, implementation proposals, service proposals
Your Qualifications
6. University degree in Space System Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related engineering area
7. Profound, professional experience in one of the following areas: system engineering, software development, space system operations, Satcom, project management, business development
8. Capability to present in front of customers and colleagues
9. Motivation to do what is needed to get things done
10. Ability to work independently to gather knowledge and skills required
11. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with team members
12. Fluency in spoken English and professional in writing (B2), preferably fluency in spoken German and professional in writing (B2)
