Play a key role in developing and executing the transportation sustainability strategy (Scope 3.4-3.9) across inbound and outbound logistics, aligning with company sustainability goals
Standardize and align sustainable logistics processes and metrics across regions, embedding ethical procurement, carbon reduction, waste minimization, and responsible resource management
Oversee the design and rollout of sustainable and carrier engagement templates and governance to ensure consistency, data integrity, and measurable impact
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrate proven experience in supply chain or logistics with a focus on sustainability initiatives, including Scope 3 transportation
Have a strong track record of implementing sustainability programs in complex supply chain environments with measurable outcomes in emissions reduction and responsible sourcing
Bring a strong understanding of sustainability principles, including carbon footprint reduction, circular economy concepts, waste minimization, and social responsibility standards
Exhibit excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
