About the Role
">
This is a key position in our EMEA Program Management Team, reporting directly to our Senior Director, Program Management in Los Angeles, CA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution, helping drive delivery and innovation across our platforms.

* Owning and managing product & business initiatives end-to-end, from concept through rollout
* Developing detailed project plans and managing cross-project dependencies
* Coordinating international teams, working across time zones in EMEA, and the US
* Facilitating agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and ensuring timely, quality delivery
* Identifying and mitigating risks, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
* Promoting collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
* Driving continuous improvement in how we manage and deliver programs

Your Profile
">
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">
* Business-fluent German and English skills
* 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with independent responsibility for leading large, cross-functional, or company-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
* Experience in a tech or digital environment, ideally with SOA-based systems
* Strong communicator across teams and levels including executive leadership
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools
* Sharp problem-solver with multitasking strengths
* Experience in international companies or working across time zones is a major plus
