Maintain detailed knowledge of component product lines, shortage markets, and supply‑chain trends. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management. Requirements Strong background in electronic component sales, independent distribution, or franchised supply. Proven ability to manage high‑value accounts and negotiate complex, multi‑region deals. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse customer segments. Commercially driven mindset with a proactive and analytical approach to market opportunities.
