Job Title Strategic Account Manager – DACH (Client Success Manager) Location Wiesbaden, Germany – Hybrid (3 days in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Working Hours 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 8/9 am – 5/6 pm) Job Summary This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key CSC customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will handle client issues, drive growth within assigned accounts, and partner strategically with our largest customers, including face‑to‑face meetings. Responsibilities Build relationships with C‑Level executives. Manage customer relationships and drive growth in assigned accounts. Maintain relationships, lead account planning and opportunity identification. Plan, facilitate, and/or conduct negotiations for assigned accounts. Prioritize opportunities and conduct overall account planning. Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets on assigned accounts. Deeply understand customers’ business goals and objectives. Lead client briefings, hold face‑to‑face meetings and telephone calls. Maintain thorough up‑to‑date notes, lead quotations and contracts through the CRM system. Develop effective client presentations. Qualifications & Skills An energetic and enthusiastic willingness to assist customers. Fluency in German and English. Comfort and experience working with C‑level executives. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking ability. Interest in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Strategic thinking to meet client needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills (verbal and written). Strong business acumen. Ability to handle escalated client issues.
