Key Roles and Responsibilities
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes managing the entire hiring process from posting job ads to making job offers.
You will also create employee development plans that help employees improve their skills and advance their careers. This may include providing opportunities for training and growth, as well as conducting regular employee engagement surveys to understand what matters most to employees.
Additionally, you will foster an inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equity for all employees. This includes developing and delivering internal communications to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, talent development plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
* Fluency in German and English, with sound knowledge of German labor and social law.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
