Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the establishment and implementation of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) at our organization.
* Identify architectural areas of action based on IT and business strategies as well as our specific requirements; design and document our target architecture.
* Recognize the need for adjustments within the architecture landscape and initiate and manage appropriate architecture projects, focusing on scalability, flexibility, and sustainability in a dynamic global environment.
* Act as IT Demand Manager, overseeing the end-to-end management of IT demand from requirements gathering with local teams to handover to domain architects.
* Advise key IT projects with significant architectural impact, promoting EAM principles, standards, and methodologies through various channels.
* Provide support and coaching to EA stakeholders while representing their interests in the EA Board and related committees.
* Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Domain Architects across all divisions and with our IT Services department.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A degree in informatics, information technology, or a comparable field.
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an Enterprise Architect in an international corporate environment or larger medium-sized companies.
* Comprehensive methodological knowledge in Enterprise Architecture Management, including proficiency with EA frameworks such as TOGAF.
* Ideal additional knowledge in classic and common IT topics such as cloud technologies, ERP processes, integrations & interfaces, IT infrastructures, identity management, etc.
* Solution-oriented and pragmatic work style with strong communication skills in English, optional knowledge of German.
* Willingness to travel internationally and interact directly with global teams.
